HOW LONG ARE SHIPPING TIMES?
Your products will ship within two to ten days of your order being placed, and then take two to four weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.
** Due to circumstances surrounding the ongoing pandemic (COVID-19 lockdowns and USPS shorthanded), delivery may take up to six weeks. **
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label within 1-2 days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations are possible if your package has not yet shipped.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, we'll make it right!
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY SUBMITTED?
You will receive an email confirmation containing the Order Number and details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped you will receive another email confirmation, your shipping confirmation email, which will contain your tracking number and other details regarding order status in it.
HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO THE ITEMS IN MY ORDER?
Amending/changing your order is allowed as long as your package has not yet shipped. You may contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to request for change.
HOW CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?
To return an item please contact our customer care email email@example.com with your order details and reason for return.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all major credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), as well as PayPal, Shop Pay (pay in full or installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay and Amazon Pay.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation of order is allowed if your package has not yet shipped. Once your package has shipped, you'll have to submit for a return/refund of your product(s).

WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING SENT FROM?
We source our inventory from several locations within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia that all of our products ship from.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We offer Standard Free, Priority Insured, & Express. If you would like Express shipping, then please contact us at email@example.com.
IS ORDERING ONLINE SECURE?
Yes. We take the upmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order through our online store (or through any other means). The server that hosts our store encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.
